This is my third Creative Zen product and it is a totally new experience. I have never used a touch screen before so I found it a bit frustrating at first but am slowly getting into the rhythm of using it. One complaint I have is that as a novice I had a difficult time finding DETAILED instructions on how to manipulate the interface. The Creative Zen Support site had only high level instructions. So I think they could be refined. My first immediate problem was finding how to turn the Base Boost on. I did not realize that the little arrowhead on the side of the screen meant "more over here". I got a lucky strike across the touch screen and it popped into view - the gear symbol - plus other options. So knowing the Base Boost was in the settings, I was able to turn it on and what a difference. That is only one example so there is opportunity to improve the Support aspect of Creative Zen.

However that being said, I am happy with it. It plays my videos well and the music sounds great. I am just hoping I can make this one last longer than my other two (the others came to their demise by "operator error").
